The Telegraph commentary of Cloud computer trust liabilities

I not aware this is a real issue beyond companies putting too much reliance on one cloud and not having a data backup and recovery policy which is basic cybersecurity practice. These large clouds have for several years already have several 9’s available these days 24x7 and use zones to create multiple redundancies. That said there have been some failures with cloud in the past but its often less so today and typically there is a way to recover now with the use of long term archive systems they have, its just the time to return to operation (RTO) maybe a few hours and for some companies may affect business. Typically in these public clouds, the terms and conditions tend to be with the customer's responsibility to have alternative plans.
